RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At Authentic Catalogue, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for all our EU customers.

14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return period for all EU customers. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us with a restock fee of 395kr. If your order was purchased with Klarna, we won’t be charging a restock fee. However, there will be a Klarna transaction fee that is non-refundable of 495kr. When you purchase with Klarna, you approve of this policy. If the item is damaged it could no longer be returned, as it falls under the "damage policy". Items need to be returned in the same condition it was sent in.

Return Conditions 

In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you. This means that it should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Damage Conditions

We do NOT sell broken items, we conduct a push and pull test with all items before they are listed; this refers to straps and zippers. Most of our items are vintage and pre-owned, therefore it is really important that you inspect the item upon arrival. Once received an item, if the goods appear to be different from the listing on our website, you have 48 hours to notify us. If you believe your item is close to be breaking or has a tear where it "could" break, please notify us. We want to help you before the item possibly breaks. 

If the item breaks, we can not be responsible. The item is not our own brand and we are solely the reseller hub of designers, it is their material and we can not stand by the items they make. To repair an item it is also important that you reach out, go to the original designer store where it can be repaired. We can not repair them as that would not make the piece repaired original anymore.

Customer Responsibility

While we offer 14-day return period for our EU customers, please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return. This includes any shipping fees or customs charges that may apply.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the item securely, ensuring that it is protected during transit.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a reliable shipping method of your choice. Please retain proof of postage for your records.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
